This year the Black August Hip Hop Project is focusing on raising awareness around the San Francisco 8 (visit the SF8 website ) and the Queens 2 (and Bashir Hameed and Seth Hayes ). These are freedom fighters who have been wrongly accused, oppressed, punished, and prevented from living freely. We support them and ask that you suppot them using Hip Hop as our tool.
